Key Roles and Responsibilities   

Support the managers by handling administrative and logistical tasks related to travel arrangements. His responsibilities will include booking flights and transportation, managing travel documents, coordinating with agents, and closely monitoring vessel itineraries. Additionally, he will maintain travel records and may assist with tracking travel related expenses.

1. Assist in preparing and Applying Visas of all candidates (Crew dept ).

2. Assist candidates in filling up of Visa forms and taking appointment for same.
3. Assists in uploading travel documents/visa copy on web.
4. Apply MCV for all Australia calling vessels.

Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications   
1.   5+ years’ experience in shipping background
2.   Candidate holding 5 years’ experience in specific travel department.
3.   Knowledge of Seaman Ticketing and Visas.
