Manager - Talent Acquisition

Job Position Summary
• Accountable for the successful development and implementation of Talent Acquisition strategy in India to support our wider business and employee experience strategies
• Accountable to enable the right talent is sourced, hired and onboarded in line with the recruitment policy. Responsible for Recruitment analytics and reporting in India.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Work with business leaders in India to determine staffing needs and manage the hiring process.
• Oversee the overall recruitment process in India for all positions around 200 per year.
• Lead senior recruitment activity in India.
• Work on managing recruitment budgets for India.
• Identify vendors, consultants and 3rd party providers as required to support recruitment strategy execution.
• Work with executive search firms and recruiters as required ensuring value for money
• Set team expectations and develop capabilities against set KPIs, coaching and encouraging team members, providing constructive feedback.
• Support the company’s diversity agenda and support broader ESG activity through TA activities.
• Work on designing initiatives to improve the line management recruitment capability.
• Prepare recruitment analysis and help in taking data driven decisions regarding recruitment in India
• Create networks internally and externally to attract talent to Fleet in India
• Work on continuous improvement in the recruitment process viz: sourcing, interviewing, assessment and selection and improve the overall candidate experience
• Work on SLAs for talent acquisition and have reporting metrics for proper tracking of the function’s effectiveness.
Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications
• Master's degree in Human Resources.
• 8 + years’ experience in Talent acquisition
• Shipping industry experience preferred
• Experience in managing a small team
• Program management experience
• Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially talent acquisition
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
