Job Position Summary
To book the flight tickets for the on/off signers
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Arrange best suitable and economic air tickets for crew members
• Coordinate with shipping agents, ships, crew, personnel and technical departments for crew change arrangements
• Monitor current crew changes and follow up amendment requests
• Check and pass invoices for payment
• General clerical duties
• Other ad-hoc duties as required by Manager
• Coordinate with travel agencies to secure the best fares and schedules
• Reply the message within 30 minutes or less
• Prioritize urgent travel needs and handles last-minute changes efficiently
• Maintain a structured workflow to avoid delays
• Very hard working and can work under pressure
• Assist the accounting issues if required
Relationship
• INTERNAL: to contact with FPD, onboard Captains and Superintendents.
• EXTERNAL: to contact with the travel agents, local agents, airlines and sometimes with immigrations.
Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Good computer skills of using Outlook email, word & excel
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

• Manage urgent or last-minute travel needs with calm and speed
• Handle multiple bookings and itinerary changes simultaneously
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
• Resolve booking issues, flight disruptions, and traveler concerns efficiently
• Offer alternative solutions when preferred flights are unavailable
