Job Position Summary  

This position works closely with the Senior Manager and Director, QHSE in monitoring the Quality & Safety function of the Ship & shore employees, identify shortfalls and enhance compliance

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities 
•    Work closely with the technical team to ensure campaigns / call outs are conducted and adhered to on all vessels.
•    Compiles the list of incidents in the world and share them on a daily basis with Director, QHSE.
•    Maintaining and revising the Quality Management & Shipboard manuals from time to time.
•    Organise document control and maintain all system records.
•    Collect the Masters review from all vessels, compile the data and share them with the manager.
•    Prepare the Ship-to-Ship transfer plan and follow up with the class until approval.
•    Collect the Port State control feedback from the vessels, compile the data and share them with the fleet.
•    Liaise with various vendors for the invoices from third parties and verify the invoices and submit them for approval.
•    Prepare, collect and despatch the stationaries which are required for taking over any vessels in the office.

Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications 
•    Preferably Degree or Diploma holder in Science / Mathematics along with relevant working experience in the shipping industry
•    1 year of relevant working experience
•    Excellent knowledge in MS Office and Microsoft 365
•    Fluent in Spoken and Written in English
