Digital Employee Experience Manager

Job Position Summary
Responsible for managing and making regular enhancements to the company’s core HR platform, SAP SuccessFactors, the role will encompass system management, (re-)configuration, upgrade, administration, maintenance and delivery of digital HR projects. The role is focused on enhancing digital experience for user groups, maintaining optimal system performance, and deriving richer value from system reports and insights. The role requires strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors for HR will require close collaboration across the HR team.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the company’s SuccessFactors ecosystem, including system configuration, testing, training, and implementation of enhancements. Manage SAP regular release cycles, regression testing, and go-live communications.
- Digital User Experience: Own UX roadmap for SuccessFactors, ensuring intuitive workflows and mobile-enabled processes. Implement design standards and work with the wider EX Team on journey maps.
- Functional Accessibility: Design and implement streamlined access to current and future HR functionality, such as training sponsorship requests and maintaining “Time Off” activities (updating holiday calendars, Annual Accruals, creating Time off structures and calendars).
- Access Controls and Security: Design and maintain privacy controls and role-based permissions (RBP), segregation of duties checks, and quarterly access reviews.
- Data Quality & Governance: Establish data entry controls and data validation rules. Monitor data quality KPIs and publish monthly scorecards.
- Reporting & Analytics: Support the broader HR team and key business stakeholders with SAP reports and queries through the development and maintenance of standard reports. Deliver executive dashboards (e.g. headcount, attrition, succession, compliance) to enhance the overall business value derived from the platform.
- Support and Training: Run a tiered support model with clear SLAs. Curate training for HR Teams and User Groups where required.
- Digital HR Projects: Work collaboratively with HR team members and other business leaders to manage changes required. Implement position management and predictive analytics for workforce planning.
- Roadmap: Maintain a backlog of system enhancements, working with the GM Employee Experience and GM HR to prioritise and deliver optimal value for the business.
- Integrations: Partner with other platform owners and internal IT team to implement/enhance integrations with other key systems.
- Assist with troubleshooting tasks for system and end-user issues and document resolutions.
- Assist GM Employee Experience Lead with ad-hoc system related tasks as required

Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications
- Must have robust hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience (configuration, integration, governance).
- Expertise in HRIS architecture, data privacy compliance, and audit readiness.
- Strong knowledge of Position Management, Data Retention, and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with integrations (APIs, Azure AD, Qualtrics, LMS).
- Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
- Experience managing HR projects to successful completion
- Experience in maintenance, enhancement and project initiatives
- Ability to work with rigid deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment;
- Self-Development on SAP SuccessFactors modules to provide best-practice recommendations and roadmap
