Job Position Summary
At Fleet Management, we don’t design interfaces - we craft the human connection between cutting-edge technology and the seafarers who rely on it.
As the Product Design & UX Lead, you’ll own and enhance the design vision for PARIS 2.0, our flagship ecosystem steering 630+ ships and 27,000 seafarers toward safer, smarter voyages. This isn’t just about pixels and wireframes—it’s about architecting intuitive, human-centred experiences that turn complex maritime data into actionable insights for crews and clients worldwide.
You’ll lead a crew of designers, collaborate with developers and analysts, and immerse yourself in the realities of maritime operations to ensure every interaction with PARIS 2.0 feels less like using software and more like harnessing the power of the sea itself. If you’re driven to create solutions that resonate on the open ocean as much as in the boardroom, let’s chart a course toward redefining maritime UX.
Let’s shape the future of maritime design—one wave at a time. 🌊✨
