Job Position Summary:
- Reporting to the Group Manager, the Secretary's main responsibility is to provide daily support to the team, including, but not limited to administrative tasks such as preparing excelsheet for vessel machinery reports, MARPOL reports and other excel-based reports as required. Prepare reports regularly, follow up on reimbursement claims for the team's superintendents and performing other secretarial duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Secretarial and Administrative Support to Department
- Answering phone calls for colleagues during their absence
- Data input and relevant documentation coordination and filing
- Prepare Reports and presentation materials
- Prepare travel claims report for reimbursement
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder with administrative/secretary experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of professionalism and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Hardworking with a good working attitude
- Willing to learn
