Job Position Summary  

Responsible for the positioning of Fleet Management employer brand across all channels, and for ensuring the execution of both candidate and onboarding experiences that contribute to a world-class, signature Fleet employee experience. Also responsible for ensuring the development of a strong talent pipeline through the creation of global and local talent sourcing, segmentation and talent community management strategies.  And to lead our day-day recruitment operation for all shore-based roles in HKG and other assigned geographies from time to time and to be lead implementer and expert user for our ATS, as applicable. 

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities 

 

Work with the Global Head of HR Operations to: 

 

  • Develop a medium-term (3-year) talent acquisition strategy (including market positioning, skill requirement assessment, sourcing, segmentation, channel management execution, processes and intended candidate and new-joiner experience), liaising with ley stakeholders (incl. DFP and GDHR and GHEE) 
  • Oversee our recruitment operation, including activity carried out by team members, ensuring quality assurance
  • Ensure line management expertise / capability is developed 
  • Work closely with the Global head of HR Operations and line managers on the implementation of job offer, and compensation decisions within compensation philosophy and guidelines. 
  • Establish metrics to track effectiveness of the recruitment operation and the candidate experience and report against progress to leadership on a regular basis (including the Group Chairman and Fleet MD) 
  • Implement a new ATS as required, acting as global project lead 
  • Set team expectations and develop capabilities against a world-class performance bar, coaching and encouraging team members, providing constructive feedback
  • Contribute as a key member of the Global HR Leadership Team teams

Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications 

  • University graduate with at least 8 years directly relevant experience in progressive organisations, minimum of 3 years at managerial level or managing multi-disciplinary project teams.
