Job Position Summary

· To increase employee engagement and to sustain the employee culture

· Works closely with the GM of Fleet Care department to ensure better engagement with the seafarers and their families

· To develops employee recognition strategies

· Support Department Head to keep abreast on the insurance data required for all seafarers

· As Fleet Personnel Assistant, applicant will be working closely with Manning team to understand their needs and support them fully in all aspects.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

· Develops and executes annual budgets and proposals, timelines and creative design to increase employee engagement and to sustain the employee culture.

· Organizing the overall creation of internal communications, events and programs for the purpose of communicating critical information to employees. Ensures all communications reaches diverse employees

· Maintains and updates EE trackers for the employee programs and initiatives launched during the year

· Prepares and ensures adherence to the EE calendar for the month

· Develops employee recognition strategies to include reviewing, evaluating and making recommendations for departmental recognition programs.

· Conducts periodic Health check-up drives for employees to ensure adherence to audit essentials.

· Data creation and maintenance

· Handling employee grievance


Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications

· Graduate in any stream

· Strong previous skills in administration

· Negotiation skills

· Strong facilitation skills

· Time Management skills

· Proficient in MS office

· An excellent communicator at all levels
