Job Position Summary
•    To work in the capacity of a SafeR Executive to take care of operations of the department.
•    Monthly follow-up with vessels to verify effective implementation of SafeR+ T-cup program  
•    Incentive tabulation of eligible crew.
•    Inventory management of SafeR+ tools and Vessel despatch.
•    To assist in data analysis and report generation.
•    Follow up with crew for receipt SIP & Commendation letter.
•    Data compilation and management.


Key Roles and Responsibilities
•    Monthly mails to all vessels Revised criteria (verification of STAMP book (T-CUP)
•    Acknowledge mails received from vessels every day of sign-off crew & fill data in Incentive sheet on real-time basis and also upload Bank Confirmation Letters on PARIS.
•    Update On-going Incentive Sheet with Crew & NOK details. 
•    Send mail to all eligible crew for Bank Confirmation Letter & Upload on PARIS. 
•    Handle queries received from Crew- Incentives  
•    F.R.E.S.H Criteria verification mails from vessels. 
•    Positive Feedback & Stop-Work mails from vessels. Approx 10-15 mails daily.
•    Prepare and send Master data, KPI of all the vessels on Monthly Basis
•    Incident Check (Asian/Filipino/Chinese) to verify eligibility
•    Emails to Accounts Dept. Incentive Sheets/Respond to queries received/Calls &Coordination, mails for queries.
•    Maintain SafeR Inventory sheet/ Coordination with the dispatch team & Vessels.
•    Liaison with the vessel, guiding vessel to ensure implementation of T-CUP. (Daily TOOLbox videos /training videos) 
•    Help in creation of T-CUP campaign mailers, and other related documentation
•    Monthly e-mails 31- day challenge feedbacks / videos. Maintain and track Vessel wise data of the above. 
•    Analyse the data and encourage unresponsive vessels.
•    Collect T-CUP feedback from vessels. 
•    Follow up with Vessel on T-CUP Social day
•    Misc. task  /calls  & Coordination / Data Mgmt.

Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications
•    Graduate in any field.
•    Min. 1 year work experience
•    Knowledge of – Ms Office
