Job Position Summary
Ensuring crew rest hours comply with international or organizational standards and Preparing PSC monthly analytics.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collecting and preparing of PSC data of all tech and DOC. Preparing the PSC data on monthly basis.
  • Review the rest hour of the vessel, specially for vessel calling Australia and area where correction is required.
  • Daily update the Rest hour status of the vessel calling Australia.
  • Monitoring the Non conformity for the rest hour deviation for vessel calling Australia.
  • Monitor the license renewal of rest hour Software for the New take over vessel and Hand over vessel.
  • Rank schedule review for the list of vessels on monthly basis.
  • Assist in preparing the Rest hour and PSC Bulletin.

 

Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Preferably MBA Degree holder, along with relevant working experience in the shipping industry.
  • 2 year of relevant working experience
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office and Microsoft 365.
  • Fluent in Spoken and Written in English
