Job Position Summary

A “Quality Assistant” helps coordinate and direct an organization’s departmental activities to meet Management, customer and regulatory requirements and

improve its effectiveness and efficiency on a continuous basis.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Data collation of management reports and its analysis.

2. Data processing to achieve required statistics for company.

3. Providing support to management for assimilation of common objectives to achieve.

4. Maintenance of quality records and assisting in Various work functions.

5. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured audit plans .

6. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate work activities.

7. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track defect for their closure.

8. Working together with a Quality Assurance (QA) team to assess problems and brainstorm solutions

Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications
Master's Degree in any field with similar experience.
