Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Uploading of all the Sire and CDI reports on PARIS and Q88.
2. Expansion of observations in PARIS.
3. Booking of Sire inspection on OCIMF and CDI website.
4. Preparing and sending inspection documents to vessel and carrying out correction as per Master suggestion.
5. Liasing with the inspecting company and agents for inspection arrangements.
6. Liasing with the agents for D &A arrangements.
7. Updating simple online questionnaires under assistant manager guidance.
8. Updating Q88 for tanker fleet on monthly basis.
9. Uploading all tanker fleet certificates on Q88.
10. Liasing with Master and technical supts for updating the Q88.
11. Corection of crew matrix on OCIMF on weekly basis.
12. Uploading of all tankers crew matix on CDI website.
13. Back up for Sire/CDI bookings, Sire and CDI documentation
14. Business need for working outside normal working hours during weekend and public holidays on a rotational basis with time in lieu.
Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications
•Graduate / Post-Graduate
•Preferred, with previous work experience in shipping company and having knowledge about vessels.
•Well versed with MS-Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Internet Applications
•Good command over English language and good in written and verbal communication.
