Job Position Summary  

  • The role is responsible in ensuring that all crews are properly documented as regards to the visa requirements.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities   

  • Assist the crew in filling up the visa application form.
  • Review and ensure the details on the filled-out visa application form are complete.
  • Assess that the supporting documents for the visa application are complete and in compliance with the embassy’s requirement.
  • Encode the crew’s information on the US embassy’s online portal and secure a schedule for the crew.
  • Communicate with the crewing and the crew about the visa appointment.
  • Prepare a Guarantee Letter or endorsement.
  • Request a Cash Advance to Finance for the payment of the visa cost.
  • Arrange for the visa payments.
  • Maintains monitoring file of applications and released visas.
  • Performs other duties that as assigned.

Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree holder (any course).
  • Has worked in the Travel or Shipping industry, an advantage.
