Job Position Summary
To assist the Crewing Manager in the day-to-day operations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare Personal Data (PD) of new applicants as per HKG format; Encodes and upload all crew documents to PARIS.
- Prepare, update and maintain 201 files.
- Assists the dispatch team in receiving/checking and dispatching of all dry cargo crew and the preparation of appointment letter.
- Oversee the uploading of all crew documents in Fleet’s system.
- Endorses crew for medical, swab test, hotel quarantine accommodation.
- Oversee the daily uploading of documents including training certificates issued.
- Maintain the Crew Planner.
- Arrange the crew joining process under supervision of the Crewing Managers.
- Assist in Senior Officers’ approval from the Technical Teams.
- Assist the Senior/Crewing Manager in planning, overseeing the crew movement and assignment.
- Communication with the vessel with regards to crew changes and other crew related queries.
- Any other duties may be required by the management.

Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of Maritime Studies with experience in handling crewing department.
- Knowledgeable in the operations of a manning agency
