Job Position Summary
The purpose of this role is to assist the Officer and Manager in ensuring that all vessels are manned with properly certified seafarers, resulting in driving a safe, cost-effective, and efficient operation across the Fleet.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- In-charge in receiving documents from ex-crew and new hire.
- In charge of ensuring the validity of the documents is in place.
- Scan and upload documents of new hires in the PARIS system.
- Assist crew in the scheduling and follow-up/monitoring of PEME.
- Assist in the endorsement of crew for in-house training.
- Monitoring the in-house training of the crew before deployment.
- Maintain departmental information on the PARIS portal.
- Checking/maintaining personal, medical, and training records and certification details of all sailing personnel.
- Support the manager in all audit-related documentation.
- Any other duties that the management may assign.

Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications
- Preferably a College Degree Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant working experience in shipping
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft 365
