Job Position Summary

 

  • To assist in daily operation of corporate accounting, AR/AP , monitoring, and arranging inter-company fund transfer and preparation of whole set accounts. Monthly reporting to HK office.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

 

  •  Account payables and receivables
  • Monitoring and preparation of daily cash flow report
  • Managing urgent payments
  • MIS reports to Head Office
  • Assist in all group Audits.
  • Co-ordinate inter-company fund transfer to meet fund usage purpose.
  • Scrutiny of ledger balances
  • Monitoring Compliances
  • Reconciliation Bank Books withing deadlines
  • Ad hoc assignment in supporting of finance & accounts departments
  • GST reporting
  • Handling Petty Cash payments.

 

Relationship:

 

INTERNAL:

  • Communicate with various Fleet Offices and departments
  • Hong Kong finance team on inter-company transactions

 

EXTERNAL:

  • Bankers – handling bank accounts status and fund receipts matters
  • Auditors – assist in providing supporting and audit schedules to auditors in year-end audit
  • Vendors – handling daily transactions with vendors

 

Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications

 

  • With solid accounting knowledge and experience in AP/AR, minimum 3 years of working experience
  • Graduate or Higher diploma in Accountancy/ business or equivalent background
