Job Position Summary   
Reporting to the General Manager, the main responsibility of the admin assistant is to provide daily administrative support to the team. 


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide Administrative Support to Technical team 
  • Answering phone calls  
  • Data input and relevant documentation coordination and filing 
  • Prepare regular Vessel Inspection Reports and presentation materials 
  • Make travel and vessel inspection arrangements  
  • Follow up on Invoices for submission to Accounts Department and reimbursement claims for superintendents 
  • Prepare mails for delivery 
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

INTERNAL: 

  • Technical and Accounts Department  


Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications

  • 1 – 2 years administrative experience is preferred 
  • Minimum A-level/ITE/Diploma holder 
  • Fresh graduate with a good attitude will also be considered
